1. Introduction

By using A&I Dry Cleaners services or website, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or booking a collection.

2. Our Services

A&I Dry Cleaners provides dry cleaning, laundry, alterations and specialist cleaning services. We reserve the right to decline any item that we deem unsuitable for processing.

3. Liability

While we take every care with your garments, A&I Dry Cleaners accepts liability up to a maximum of 10 times the cleaning charge for any single item, subject to proof of purchase value. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or faults not identified at drop-off.

4. Collection & Delivery

Collection and delivery times are estimates only. A&I Dry Cleaners is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. We operate within designated service areas in South London.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon collection of your cleaned items or as otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card and selected online payment methods.
